The outcome of this class action lawsuit will impact tens of thousands of immigrant families from every country in the world. The CSPA case is especially important to those immigrants from countries with long backlogs in the family and employment preference categories like Mexico, the Philippines, India and China.
The CSPA oral arguments were given before an en banc panel in the Richard R. Chambers Courthouse in Pasadena, California. The 11 judges hearing Attorney Shusterman’s argument were Kozinski, Pregerson, McKeown, Wardlaw, W Fletcher, Fisher, Gould, Paez, Rawlinson, M Smith, and Murguia.

Go to a Law Firm which is Professional and Knowledgeable
“Very professional law firm. We had a difficult issue and Mr. Shusterman’s office got right onto the case and resolved the issue with USCIS. Because of their efforts, me and my family were able to get our Legal Permanent Residency card. My suggestion to those trying to obtain employment based card. Don’t look for money saving attorney. They will cost you lot more in long run. Go to a law firm which is professional and knowledgeable. It pays in the long term.”
