Our site contains over 1,000 articles about immigration laws and procedures, lists of government processing times, thousands of links to government agencies and private organizations, a free monthly e-mail newsletter, a schedule of free online immigration chats and features which allow you to check the status of your pending INS case and to download immigration forms without cost. We explain how to obtain various types of temporary visas, permanent residence and U.S. citizenship. Our site is visited by over 10,000 persons daily and is updated over 300 times annually.
Over 500 of the pages on our web site contain blue and red Navigational Bars ("NavBars") at the top of the screen which contain the following 12 topics:
The NavBars allow you to link with thousands of pages on various web sites, each of which contains what we believe is the best and most up-to-date information on the topic you select. They eliminate hours of searching for hard-to-find immigration topics.
To help you better find what you are looking for in the least amount of time, we have placed the NavBars on several hundred of our most visited pages.
Place your cursor on any of the above categories and click, and you will be instantly transported to the page that interests you.
Also, place your cursor on one of the 12 listed categories on the NavBars, and a pull-down menu of subcategories will appear. This feature allows you to refine your search, and to click on any of the listed menu items. For example, place your cursor on "Green Cards" and a menu appears with the following categories: (1) Through Relatives; (2) Through Employment; (3) Through Asylum; (4) Through Investment; (5) Green Card Lottery; (6) Through Amnesty; (7) Adjustment of Status; (8) Consular Processing; (9) Child Status Protection Act; (10) Computer Professionals; and (11) College Graduates. Clicking on any of these menu items takes you to the page that you desire.
Finally, place your cursor on any those menu items which contain an arrow to view a submenu containing additional items.
Below the NavBars are two lines of rectangular buttons. Those on the top line are entitled (1) Firm Biography; (2) Schedule Consultation; (3) Free Newsletter; (4) Check Case Status and (5) InfoPass.
Click the Firm Biography button to see the a photo and a biography of each of our attorneys. Under each attorney's biography is his or her e-mail address. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to answer each of the hundreds of e-mail messages that we receive daily. However, clients are welcome to e-mail the attorney or legal assistant who is working on their case. (Click on "Contact Us" to send e-mail to our legal assistants.)
If you wish to make an appointment with one of our attorneys, click the Schedule Consultation button. Our consultations may be either telephonic or in-person. Although many of our clients come to us through the Internet, e-mail messages are not completely secure, and can not substitute for a telephonic consultation.

It has been e-mailed for free on the a monthly basis since June 1996. It contains the latest news and analysis of U.S. immigration laws, regulations and policies.
